Ingredients
Potatoes
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Onion
Indian maslas
Powder green coriander
Salt
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
Cumin seeds
Oil
Preparation
Wash the capsicum dry them and cut into cubes,peel and wash the potatoes cut them into cubes,peel and wash onion and cut into cubes,wash and cut tomatoes in small cubes.
Recepie
Put the kadai on gas let it now pour 2 Tsp oil in pan and asafoetida and cumin seeds after that add onion cubes in it let it saute on medium flame for 5 minute's.
After that add tomatoes and let it soften for 7-8 minutes then add potatoes cubes and capsicum with it let it saute for minutes now add spices coriander 1/2 tsp,Red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon,turmeric 1/2 tea spoon, salt according to taste then mix all the spices well and cover it and let it cook on medium flame till the potatoes and capsicum are soften.Afyer 10 minutes your sabzi is ready.
Ready to serve garnish with green Coriander leaves.
